1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the use of the website knitlab.com.ua and the purchase of products offered in our online store.
2. Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms. You must not use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that may harm its operation.
3. Delivery
Within Ukraine: Delivered via Nova Poshta. Flat fee — €2. Items are sent within 3–4 business days after payment. No delivery on weekends or holidays. For urgent delivery, contact us via Instagram @knitlab_ua.
Worldwide delivery: Via national postal services. Dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment, not on weekends or holidays. Delivery time: 9–12 business days. Fixed shipping cost: €30, regardless of parcel size or weight. Local VAT or additional fees not included. Shipping paid upfront with the order. You will receive a consignment note (CMR) for tracking.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Accepted within 14 days from purchase. Free within Ukraine; €30 for international returns.
Items must be clean, unworn, with all tags and original packaging.
Not eligible for return/exchange: items that have been used, dry-cleaned or washed, with cut-off tags, used in photo/video shoots, or made to individual specifications.
To return or exchange:
1. Email knitlabua@gmail.com with subject “Exchange or return order”.
2. Include: full name, passport series/number, phone number, payment card number.
3. Await confirmation (within 24 hours).
4. Pack items in original packaging with tags.
5. Send to: Kyiv, Fuchyka St. 4, apt. 12, Havronska Hanna, +380 93 239 32 52.
Seller reserves the right to refuse return/exchange if conditions are not met.
5. Liability
KNITLAB shall not be liable for interruptions in website operation caused by technical issues or third-party actions.
6. Personal Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in compliance with Ukrainian legislation for the purposes of order processing and providing quality service.
7. Changes to the Terms
KNITLAB reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the website.
