We hope you will love everything that you order from KNITLAB but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of purchase subject to send it back to us to preservation of the product and original packaging.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, the cost of the return will be taken out of the original payment (30€ for worldwide delivery, for delivery across Ukraine 0€). For return across Ukraine expenses for delivery of exchange and return of products of proper quality are paid by the buyer.  ​We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Please not that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

Cannot be exchanged and returned:  

- products that have been in use. 
- products that have been dry-cleaned or after washing. 
- products from which tags and labels were cut. 
- products that were used for photo / video shooting. 
- products which have been made taking into account individual characteristics.

How to return:

 ⁃ Write to us about the need to return the goods to the address knitlabua@gmail.com - in the subject of the letter indicate "Exchange or return order” 
⁃ Data required for a refund: full name, series and passport number, phone number, card number used to pay for the order.
⁃ Wait for a response letter confirming the exchange/return (no later than 24 hours).
⁃ Pack the products you want to exchange/return in their original packaging, check for tags and labels.
⁃ Send the parcel to the following data:
